To INSTALL PSE2021 do I click on "Extract All" or "Run"?  |

Charles,
As it is a zipped folder, you need to choose Extract all. After you do that, you will be able to access the .exe file inside. Then, you run this file to install PSE.

I'm not sure. I purchased PSE 2021 directly from Adobe. All I got was an .exe file which was downloaded to "My Downloads" file. Then, all I had to was run the installer.
