Hey guys - Just joined this forum - I just upgraded to PSE13 from 12 - When I wanted to edit one of my pictures with Topaz - I clicked on the drop down menu and the 4 Topaz plugins were not there as they were in PSE12 -Can someone help me get them in the filter section of PSE13 - I am not that computer savvy - if someone knows how to do this please be gentle - Thanks in advance for your help - Steve

Hi Steve, welcome to PSE&M!
You need to install the Topaz plug-ins in Elements 13. Do you have the installer files saved on your computer? If so, just run the installers. If not, you can go to the Topaz Labs and download the files again.
