I’ve noticed that recently I’m no longer receiving any forum notifications in my email account. I haven’t changed any settings either here in the forum or in my email account so I’ve no idea why this has happened. I’ve tried to Google the problem but can’t find an answer. So irritating.

Lillias, that has happened to me on occasion. It seems to clear itself up after awhile without me doing anything. However, another member reported something similar recently and Tpgettys was able to work out the problem. Hopefully he will have some suggestions for you. |

I did get an email about your post, so the system is working in general. Let me know if it continues, and if so I will go back to Proboards and see if it is the same situation as with Clive.

In the meantime that link you provided takes me to a page which says 'Oops there was an error - you don't have permission to access this page'...

ProBoards Support reported that this email service was down briefly a few days ago; it returned messages claiming that the email addresses didn't exist. This caused legitimate email addresses to end up on ProBoards do-not-send list. |

Thanks for this info Sepiana. I do use Gmail so perhaps that's the problem. If this is the same issue that Clive had maybe someone could sort it for me with ProBoards.

I don't think I have ever received e-mail notifications; in fact, I was not aware they were even possible on this site.
