I love all the layers in your page, all those torn and uneven edges give it an authentic look for a botanical journal.
Did the sketch book/journal come with the illustration or did you add that in yourself? I’m looking for something similar to add my own flower paintings to, been trying to paint in Krita and PS.

The sketch pad was blank Jackie. I added all the various flowers and leaves to create the bouquet.
The paper/book to the left and partially under the sketch pad was also blank and I added an embellishment from the kit.
I hope you will share some of your paintings with us...

I hope you will share some of your paintings with us... Lol, I'm still in my 'caveman' phase of trying to paint, it's a lot easier with the pen and not the mouse though. |

Yes I would agree using the pen for painting would be much easier than using the mouse. I have a small tablet but it's where my desktop is and I mostly use my laptop now. I can't stand the trackpad on the laptop though and use the mouse. Great page jackscrap. Love all the different layers and the notebook. The purple pot is gorgeous. |

I've just checked, the font is called Caroline, and the bottom one is called South Australia.
