Crazy Canadians on a chilly day! Our DIL wanted to try this...she'd seen it on FB. Boiling water tossed into the -25°C (-13°F) air. - 25°C was today's high and was 26C° below the average daily high! (That's 47F° below average!!) Next time, I'll use a tripod. Oh well.  |

Oh WOW! That looks like fun. We have an icing sugar snow fall here and colder than usual for us. Not cold enough to do that though!

Thanks. Glad Christa wanted to try this. It is a bit crazy. The wind chill at 8 AM was -48°C or -54°F. Utter insanity. The actual temp of -35° earlier today broke the previous cold record (going back to 1938) by a whopping 8C° !! One would be well advised to not mention Global Warming within ear shot of me today!  |
