On1 have kindly provided 12 free jpg "inky textures" you can download. They can be used on any layer based editing programe.

Import a jpg texture on its own layer, enlarge to fill the frame and change the blend mode and transparency to taste. Use a layer mask to selectively apply the texture where you need to.
