Hi, I want to re-arrange the image order in an Organizer Album.
The Album has 93 images which can't be displayed in one screen of the thumbnail window.
Having right clicked on the Album name and selected "Edit" from the drop-down menu, I selected "Album Order" in the drop-down menu in the "Sort By:" box, I am then able to select, drag & drop images on the displayed screen.
However if I select an image in the displayed area of the thumbnails to drag it to a space above ( or below ) the thumbnail screen boundaries, the screen will not scroll to enable me access the new position.
I then have to complete the movement in stages, I have to drop the images at the top of the screen, then scroll the screen so that the images and their final position are both visible on the same screen, then and drag and drop them into their final position.
Am I doing something incorrectly. Is there a setting on my computer that has to be reset to allow me to do this in Organizer?
I do not have this problem on other programs, the screen scrolls automatically.

The solution is to move the selected thumbnails or set of thumbnails slowly up until they straddle the top border of the thumbnail space. Just keep the moved items a second or two on this line.

Thanks again Michel, I have encountered yet another problem. Having sorted my images in an album, I now want to export them to an external folder in the album order. I have so far been un-successful as the files revert to a windows hierarchy like names, size, date etc. There does not appear to be a marker to identify the album order. Is there any way that I can get around this other than say, adding a number to the front of each file one at a time?

Yes, If you want the album order to be recognized by external softwares, the only way is to 'Export as new files' the contents of the album using the option to rename the files with a common leading text string followed by an order number = MyEvent001, My Event002.... That's the common way to prepare files for a project like a slideshow for an external software.
