In an attempt to wake up our sleepy little forum, maybe we could try this? The idea is that someone will make a request for a picture they would like to see.......the first person to TAKE and post that picture gets to make the next request. You cannot post something from your archives; it must be taken in response to the request. If you have never shared a picture at PSE&M, this might be a way for you to take that first step.
I'll go first with what I think should be an easy request..........
I'd like to see a picture of something from your kitchen.

Never saw a bottle opener like that, jackscrap. Hope it's permanently attached. Your turn to request a picture....if you would like to see this continue.

Oops, yes, I forgot to make a request... I would like to see your local bus stop, or train station.

Sounds like a good idea to try and I happened to be passing by a local train station today so stopped by for a picture - very quiet spot! There's a bus stop at the entrance so you get both the stop and the station. Added a picture of the deserted platform. Most of the trains here these days are freight trains not passenger trains. As a request for the next picture - I'd like to see a mural Tony

The sod farm just down the road has three small ponies. I've no idea what type they are. A bit scraggy in their winter coats, but cute and friendly. They live a life of leisure: sleep, eat and look cute is about it. The one in the lower left looks like he could be lead guitar in a rock band. Okay, how about spring blossoms of any kind: daffs, cherries, magnolia ... whatever.

As we have switched to getting our paper digitally I wasn't sure I would be able to get anything for this.....which I thought was a great idea, Jacki! However, all used newspapers are placed in the trash room to be recycled. When I looked earlier for today's paper they had already been picked up. But looking just now I was rewarded with this paper from Friday..... From the Asbury Park Press.....a local paper I'd like to see a picture of a golf course.....reminder the picture has to be taken in response to this request....no pictures from the archives.
