Hello, Is there a way to increase the amount of megapixels in an image using photoshop elements 2021? Thanks, Ashley Increasing the amount of pixels has always been possible in Elements and nearly all other pixel editors: that's called 'upsampling' and it's available when your resize. Unfortunately, the result does not provide more detail or resolution. I think you are referring to the new feature in the full Photoshop Adobe Camera Raw plugin to get more details: See this post in the Adobe feedback forum:
There are other third-party solutions (plugins) which offer a similar feature.
To be clear, the Adobe solution is not available in the Elements limited ACR plugin...

Ok, thanks!
What about stitching photos together using the photomerge panorama feature in photoshop elements? (First you photograph multiple images and then combine them into a single image). Would that increase the amount of pixels?
Thanks!

Ok, thank you both for your replies. I am going to try the stitching method and see how that works.
