- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (Cyanobleach). - Applied a Watercolor-Cool Tones texture by Meredith Images (Tan and Blue, Multiply blending mode, 100% Opacity). - Applied a Grunge border by Meredith Images. - Applied the Add Noise filter.  |
