I love how colourful your white pelicans are! They are very entertaining to watch when all in a group and competing for the same food source.

The new arrivals were unsure if it was okay to land and circled a few times. Lucky me.

You continue to capture some of the most interesting shots. Always a pleasure to see. The White Pelican is my favorite bird to visit our little retention pond. Our first sighting was 6 years ago and a group of around 30 showed up and stayed for a month - each year they come back, but the numbers fluctuate yearly.
