The tissue shapes are a brush. I just kept randomly clicking all over and then added another layer to fill in the empty spots. Don’t overlook your brushes to make background paper. One square of that brush could be enlarged to fill the whole background for a subtle look. Could be a contrasting color for an even more interesting look

I once knew a dog who would only drink water which had come from the bathroom sink tap. If his owner filled his bowl from the kitchen sink tap, he would not touch it.
He certainly knew the difference.
