The option for having both "Before and After" display of images is available when editing in either Quick & Guided Mode's. How do I get that same option in Expert Mode ?

Hi Dick,
First of all when you are working in expert mode you always want to create a duplicate layer to work on. Then turn off the original and proceed to work on your duplicate layer. After you add an effect you can use command Z/ command Y to toggle between the before and after to see the difference. Additionally, if you add each new effect to a new layer you can turn off the eyeballs for each layer to see the gradual changes you have made. Hope that helps.

Dick, when you alt or opt click on the eyeball of the backgroundlayer you can see the before, do the same again and you'll see the after.

1. Duplicate your image (File>Duplicate).
2. Go to Window>Images>Tile. This will display both images side by side in the workspace.
3. Now you can work on the copy in the right while comparing to the original on the left.
