I couldn't wait to try this new On1 Product. Here's a screen capture of the results comparing an original jpg with On1, Topaz, & a 21 image stack using PSE with Elements+ add on for noise stacking. There's a slight difference between Topaz and On1, but the clear winner is noise stacking. Note these were jpg files and On1 states that the app does better with raw files. The original 21 jpg files were captured tripod mounted for the sole purpose of noise testing (ISO 6400, 1.125, f/2.8).

A bit fairer test using a raw file (ISO 100, 1/400, f/4)

Hudson Henry's initial take on NoNoise: www.on1.com/videos/hudsons-nonoise-ai-sneak-peek/ Personally I like doing the noise reduction first saving it as a dng (RAW) and then working with that file. Of course I pretty much use On1 PhotoRAW - so following Matt's suggestion - its a no-brainer - as it works from within that program.
