I have searched a bit here. I have gotten back into editing with PSE after finding out about Expert Mode. Still have CS5 but PSE 2021 allows me access to Camera Raw and most of what I used before. I went looking for my CS5 things likes Shapes etc and found a few Panos actions. I see his actions referenced here and I see PanosFX is very clear on which work for Elements.
My question to the group is where else can I find quality actions (other than those posted such as the ones Sepiana did here) that work in PSE (paid or not) and that are clearly marked as working in PSE.
Also what happened to the old Adobe Exchange?

Hi stinson, Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the creators of the actions. Some (like Panos) make it very clear if their actions work in PSE. In the other situations, I would suggest contacting the creators and asking for a clarification. I'm afraid the old Adobe Exchange is gone. Fair enough; the one I really want is a quality cartoon action. Haven't done enough testing on PanosFX actions yet to buy but am tempted. Know any good cartoon actions?

Have to agree with Sepiana that Panos actions are the best. Here's one I just did with the Cartoons and Pop Art action. I did do it in Photoshop CC but I'm sure the Elements version would give a similar result.  Tony |
