And just did this one after seeing Lillias' rose.....reading Tom's comment and using Janice's tip for justifying the text.
Well done! It looks like a page from a glossy magazine.

More about using text boxes:
Thanks for that helpful info Janice! Since I am new to this new technique as well, it is appreciated that you have explored it and shared your findings.

Thanks Tom. Adding text to scrapbook pages is called journaling. Using various techniques to make journaling a decorative part of your page is always fun. That is why learning how to do this technique has been so helpful. And learning new techniques has always been a favorite pastime

Thanks Tom for an easy and useful tutorial. I've never used "text on selection" Thank you, I'm really pleased you found it easy and useful! I should note that the Text on Selection Tool is not being used in the way it is intended, which is to place text on the border of the selection. Here is an example of what it normally does:
If you open the history window while following the tutorial you can see what is going on:
In step 8, when you commit the selection a Path is created, but when you the click the Horizontal Type Tool that Path is deleted. However, when you type Ctrl-Z, the Delete Path command is deleted, and what remains is the custom text box, something not normally achievable in Elements!

Words from Joni Mitchell in her 1969 song Both Sides Now. Should have cloned out that cloud behind the lower text .. oh well.

One of my favorite songs by a favorite artist. I do so enjoy listening to Joni; the older I get the more meaningful and poignant her words.
You could either highlight and copy the text, then recreate a new selection to paste it into, or add a drop shadow to the text so it stands off from the cloud.

Saw a video using Affinity Photo to use text frames to wrap text to shapes. I had to give it a try and this is the result. I just used filler text for this one as my main concern was to learn the procedure. Images from Unsplash.

Tom and I are OT...last comment about Mitchell ... trivia. Mitchell was born Roberta Joan Anderson on November 7, 1943, in Fort Macleod, AlbertaFort MacLeod is just 45 minutes from our home and we pass through FM every time we come to the summer place ... like today.
