Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. The rules are rather simple.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.NOTE This week’s theme is about taking TWO shots of ONE subject. The shots should show opposite sides of the subject. The inspiration for this theme came from these images by dennis9.

An example of the expression "it's all a facade" - from the main street this store, in a building that dates back to 1882, looks very tidy and recently repainted - but go behind the facade and things aren't quite as neat ... And one more building - the Town Hall looking as good front and rear at 3pm today! Tony

Our local park features an upmarket restaurant/bar - guests arrive by the rather grand driveway. i.ibb.co/dcJ1WP1/Grange-F.jpgOn the other side there is plenty of room for casual drinks and bar food outside. i.ibb.co/18rpfdk/Grange-B.jpgps: Does anyone know how to put photos side by side instead of one above the other? ps: Does anyone know how to put photos side by side instead of one above the other? Brenda Brenda, Create a blank file in Width and Height pixel dimensions which will accommodate both photos. Just make the sure this blank file will have the same resolution as the photos. Then, copy/paste the photos onto it or use the File>Place command. ORAfter you upload the two photos, use the Backspace key to reposition the two Image URls so that they will be on the same line (instead of on different lines). Then, click on the Preview button to see how it looks.

Similar to Sepiana's second recommendation, I will sometimes do this:
upload my second image, copy the code and then delete it; position the cursor to where I want the second image and then paste.

At last, something I can do. Like Sepiana, I create a blank file, and put two images on to it. Copy and paste will not work for me - never has done. I have to go the long way.

Taken from opposite sides of the bridge - Canada Geese coming and going. By the way, many thanks for all your help in setting up the two photos side by side. i.ibb.co/F0Rw5Db/332-CG.jpgDennis

Om me way home after afternoons stroll, Opposite sides of the lamppost. Jim, good catch (and a very unusual one)! This definitely fits this week’s theme.
