Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. The rules are rather simple.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else.
- Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation.
- Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.NOTE This week's theme is about capturing something which is now being used for a different purpose. The inspiration for this theme came from this image by dennis9 (Matthew). |

As today was the Thanksgiving holiday here and the sky was clear for a change it was a good time to stand in the middle of the street and get a picture of the town library without getting run over. Originally the train station until 1927 when the rail line closed - has been a library since 1937. Actually a merged 4 portrait panorama.  Tony |

Through the years. Starting as a pair of boots, repurposed as planters and now evolving into gardens of their own.  Thanks for the theme Sepiana. |

This building in Bexhill on the south coast of England started life as one of the plush "picture palaces" which were so popular in the days before television and "streaming" took over our entertainment. Luckily, this one escaped demolition and is now reborn as one of the ever popular Wetherspoons pubs. I am a devoted "Spoons" fan. i.ibb.co/HqgLPvN/P-H.jpgMatthew |
