Lebanon Church of Christ is located on the North side of Ky Hwy 100, in the East corner of Lebanon Church Road.
There is a small faded sign above the doors that says "Est.", but I cannot make out the date and have had no success finding information.
Photo Taken from a Moving Vehicle; there is some terrible glare and a reflection over the church in the first photo.
That black thing is a cow.
