- Applied the Neural filter (Landscape Maximizer-Winter). - Applied a texture by Meredith Images (Blurred Rays in the Snow, Soft Light blending mode, 100% Opacity).  |

Sepiana, is the Landscape Maximizer-Winter something built into Photoshop? Tom, I used one of the Neural filters available in Photoshop. PSE 2022 also has them, one of the new features Adobe introduced in this version. Artistic Effects in Photoshop Elements |

Playing around with Photoshop Express so started with one of the effects there, added the figure from Unsplash and threw in some rather obviously fake rain.  Tony |

Maybe not so moody!!! Followed a tut to create a sketch effect in Affinity Photo. During the creation of the sketch effect I took it into the Toning Persona in AP and applied the Detail Persona. I applied a black mask and brushed back parts of the sketch. I then introduced a paper texture from Graphic Burger to which I applied a Multiply blend mode at a reduced opacity and also applied a radial gradient. Then I brought the original image to the top of the layer and applied the Reflect blend mode at 50% for the finished result which is more of a pastel sketch effect.  |
