Vultures are some of my favorite birds - they are incredibly interesting and they do an important job keeping our roads clean. While this layout is not entirely accurate - showing live animals as prey instead of road kill - I'm guessing you didn't want to see squashed animals on my layout I would have posted these photos on the daily photo board, but they just weren't good enough. You can hardly see the vultures. But then again, my first thought when I grabbed these photos was to do a layout -- Whatever I see around me -- my thoughts go to how I can make it into a layout -- I see colors - I think how they would go on a layout, etc etc -- guess I've been doing this way too long... photos: cats4jan. some elements from scrapbook kits by Rosie

Lovely page Janice. I particularly like the scene you have constructed along the bottom of your page - very nice.

Thanks. It really took a long time to finish this one with not much uniqueness in the end. The sign deconstruct was the easiest part.
I couldn’t figure how to frame that photo so I just didn’t - instead falling back to the old way of using color blocks to delineate parts of the page.
And the silhouettes?? A time will come when I’ll wonder why all the layouts from 2021 have them. I’ll blame COVID

Very clever, Janice. It's lunch time for me, but I'll cook my own.

I love how you make an unsavoury subject come out so interesting, I don’t think vultures will ever make my favourites list, but they do a good job cleaning up the mess.
