1. When I post something and include a photo using postimage and then click on "preview", the photo doesn't show up in that preview - only my typed comments. But when I then click "create thread" the photo does appear in my completed/entered post. Is there some setting I need to adjust or does that "preview post" function need fixing? 2. Is there some way we can have the "previous/next page" function available at the bottom of the page (after the last post on that page) instead of only at the top of the page as it is now? Most other forums have it that way and it's more convenient than having to scroll back up to the top of the page every time in order to see the next page in a thread.

Hi Jim,
1. After you upload your image, click on the "BBCode" button and then on the "Preview" button. You will be able to see your image before you create your post/thread.
2. There is no need to duplicate this function to make it available at the bottom of the page. As a matter of fact, I believe our way of doing it is much better. In our forum the page navigation will always be visible wherever you are on the page of posts -- top, middle, or bottom. Here is a thread in which we discuss this feature.

I wonder if this could be related to handed/eye preference. I know I still struggle with this and look for it at the bottom.... I have mixed dominance left handed but right eyed.....looking in the bottom right corner just seems natural to me.

Hi Sepiana, Thanks for the info re' BBC code-preview. Concerning my second question, I see that white up-down arrow on the dark gray background now. It takes you back to the top fast as you said but it is one extra click to accomplish your goal (of moving to the next page). Making one extra click is not that big of a deal of course and I can live with it.

it's more convenient than having to scroll back up to the top of the page every time in order to see the next page in a thread Hi Jim, this is a commonly asked for function. For some reason we all had a hard time until we finally realized that the page navigation bar never goes off-screen; it "sticks" to the top no matter how deeply you scroll down!

I was talking about the page navigator (as shown in my screen shot). It will always be visible wherever you are on the page -- top, middle, or bottom. That's why I don't believe there is need to duplicate this feature at the bottom of the page.

Sepiana, Wow! You are right. I see what you mean now. I guess I didn't notice it before because it's right under that red thread title bar, so once I scrolled down the thread about 3 posts and that red title bar disappeared I just assumed that the page navigator was gone off the page also. Duh. I'll bet the several other members who preferred it to be at the bottom had the same "blind spot" that I did until your previous post with the screenshot made it clear. (To be forthright, I thought the admins. were being a little stubborn about this issue for some reason, but now you have cleared it up for me very nicely). Thanks for being patient with my slowness to comprehend what you were saying.
