I just stumbled upon an extremely handy trick in FastStone that I was previously unaware of (FastStone's user manual leaves a bit to be desired).
Under the "View" tab, click Image Properties.
The Image Properties dialogue has three tabs, EXIF, Histogram, and jpeg Comment; choose the EXIF tab.
Now, here is my new-to-me trick:
Right-click any field in the EXIF tab, even an empty field, and the choice "Copy EXIF to Clipboard" will appear.
This will copy all and more of the visible EXIF data.
You can then paste this into a text document and pick and choose whatever information you wish.
I was very excited to learn this and I hope it benefits others as well.
