Thread title length increased

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the forum experience for our members. One long-standing issue for some of our members, especially those who run Challenges, has been the 60 character limit in thread titles. We have implemented a new plugin that allows us to increase that and so there is now an 80 character limit. We think that should alleviate the issue.
