Question:How can we apply a dark-colored Inner Glow layer style? Answer:When we want to create a shadow effect around the inside edge of an image (around all sides of it), we usually apply Inner Glow or Inner Shadow. However, both layer styles have limitations. Inner Glow -- By default, this layer style cannot work with dark colors. Inner Shadow -- The shadow won't apply to all sides of an image; it will apply only to two sides. Fortunately, there are two workarounds. Take your pick!Moto's Technique (tricks Elements into applying Inner Shadow to all sides of an image) At Moto's request, I created an .asl file which does just that -- allows Inner Glow to work with dark colors and Inner Shadow to be applied to all sides of an image (and which can be customized, including scaled).
