My inclination was to fill the empty spaces around the photo, but I stopped myself -
(when you have a lot of empty space around a photo, it's called 'white space'
I'm not a fan of white space it mostly looks unfinished to me)
Background was from an old layout - made of many layers.
Added the dots because they remind me of bubbles
I don't know who did the background - it may even had been me, but I kinda doubt that
Note the brush stroke used as a 'tag' to delineate the title
(the title without the brush stroke would not have been readable)
