In fact, on Amazon.co.uk, it's MORE EXPENSIVE to buy the upgrade! £59.99 for Standard and £64.67 for the Upgrade www.amazon.co.uk/Adobe-Photoshop-Elements-13-Mac/dp/B00M3YAIBMI appreciate Amazon prices can change with the wind but, to me, it does show that you have to check carefully. So confusing. What are the prices in US?

Yes, I appreciate there is no difference between upgrade and full. However, I'm confused. It appears there is NO price difference between Upgrade and Full in UK. Have I missed something? Maybe it's different in other countries, including the States? See the Adobe page here - www.adobe.com/cart.html?marketSegment=COM&editSku=65234394 Julie,
What happens when you click on the "I own" box, select the version you currently own, and then click on the "Save Changes" button? Does the price get adjusted?
I am not familiar with Adobe customer loyalty rewarding in different parts of the word. I can only assume they will be the same as in the US. If you want a definite answer, you could post in either the Adobe Feedback forum or in the Adobe Photoshop Elements forum. Adobe employees are a constant presence in these forums.

Amazon has to figure out the costs of international shipping.
Here are the current prices at amazon.com in the US -- Photoshop Elements 13

Hi Sepiana I'm confused so I'll check out the links you posted When you, or anyone in US, shop for PSE, does it have to come from UK? If so, that would certainly affect prices. However, I'm in UK, so I'm suggesting there doesn't seem to be any advantage pricewise to get an upgrade over standard disc. As I said, I'll check out your links. Thanks very much. All this confusion maybe be unnecessary, of course, if Arabma lives in the States, or Australia, perhaps

It could be that Adobe only makes the upgrade price available for a certain period after the release of the new product, and after that the prices are the same.
