I haven't been able to get a straight answer as to whether PSE 2022 for MAC supports HEIC files. Is there anyone with actual knowledge of this?
I'm due for an updgrade, but not worth it if I can open/convert HEIC files.

Hi jjtrinva,
I am not sure what you are upgrading so it's hard to answer your question.
That file format is available on an iPhone so you are choosing to use that format - it can be turned off. I believe you have to convert the heic file format in order to email or have it printed. I can tell you that it can be opened in the full version of Photoshop.
If you are looking to upgrade to elements 2022, why not download the free trial and see if it works the way you want before you buy it.
