I have looked at bird photos until my eyes are sore and have not spotted anything I would yet say "this is it."
>>>UPDATE: I did some more looking; could he be a Juvenile Yellow-rumped Warbler ? A bit more reading reveals that there are two strains; this one is of the Eastern variety, a Yellow-rumped "Myrtle" Warbler; and, a Western variety, the Yellow-rumped "Audubon's" Warbler.

Sure looks like it. They are pretty birds. It's the only small bird I know with a yellow butt. A few show up here in May-ish, but don't stay here. Check out this short video of a female "Myrtle' strain. Looks like you birds.

It's the only small bird I know with a yellow butt. Thanks; I am going to declare him to be officially identified. I might have identified him quicker if any of the photos I was finding had showed the backside of the birds instead of side views and head on. I find it interesting that I found two separate accounts as to the two strains, Audubon and Myrtle; one account says that until recently, they had been thought of as two separate species, but evidence now suggests they are a single species; the other account says just the opposite, that they had been considered to be a single species, but new evidence splits them into two separate species. I don't know which is better, to find conflicting accounts of the facts, or to find dozens of references that have all obviously been copy/pasted from a single source that may or may not be completely wrong.
