I've a PS element 2020. I tried to use the magnetic lasso on the person but it doesn't pull into the magnetic lasso. Can anybody help me?

I had a ps software that I used the magnetic lasso I moved the magnetic lasso close to the image. Now I use the magnetic on the element but it doesn't magnetic close to the image. Why?

Thanks for answering my question! See if this will help. - Click once where you want to start your selection, - Move the cursor around the perimeter of what you are selecting. - Double-click back where you started your selection to finish it. The Magnetic Lasso will lay down anchor points (the tiny boxes). If you make a mistake, press the Backspace/Delete key. This will take you back one anchor point. To completely remove the Magnetic Lasso selection, press the Esc key. To lend a helping hand to the Magnetic Lasso, increase the number of anchor points (Tool Options area > Frequency slider). The Magnetic Lasso doesn't like speed. Try to go slowly when laying down the anchor points. You will get better results. You may also want to check . . .
