- Ran the Cartoonizer action by Panos. - Created the background with a Tableaux texture by FrenchKiss (BonBon). - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (LUT by fotofrank, Dreamsicle). - Created the text and border overlay with PSE (Guided Edit > Special Edits). - Applied Moving Overlays (in PSE 2022). Click on image to play the animation. |

HiClipart actually have a selection of shadow frames from which to choose Helen. That's for sure.....downloaded a few and will probably get some more. I love that look. |

- Took the file into Dynamic Auto Painter Pro (Synthetic Watercolor). - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (Vintableach). - Applied a Watercolor-Warm Tones texture by Meredith Images (Peach, Multiply blending mode, 75% Opacity). - Applied the Texturizer filter (Sandstone). - Border effect done with a Photomorphis Textural Border. - Applied the Add Noise filter.  |
