Hi surfbug, I have Gigapixel AI. I have found it to excel at enlarging low-resolution images without creating artifacts which can visually degrade an image. The only problem I had was with the installation. (NOTE: I’m on Windows 10). Gigapixel AI installed as a standalone and as a Photoshop plug-in but not as a Photoshop Elements plug-in. I had to do a manual installation for it to be available in Photoshop Elements (a copy/paste job). Gigapixel AI works just fine in Photoshop Elements; it's accessed via File > Automation Tools > . . . However, according to Topaz Labs Support, . . . Source: How To Install Your Topaz Labs Program Into Photoshop ElementsI would strongly recommend you download the free trial and test the waters. It may also be a good idea to contact Topaz Labs Support about the Photoshop Elements plug-in installation and get more information from them. support.topazlabs.com/

I would strongly suggest you download the free trials for all three and take them for a test drive. In this way, you will be able to make an informed decision, one which fits your interests and needs.
As a side note, I also have DeNoise AI and Sharpen AI. I'm very pleased with the results. (I have been a loyal Topaz customer for at least 15 years).
