Hi everyone,
The Warp Tool is one of the new features Adobe introduced in PSE 2022 (Image > Transform > . . .). It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of its Photoshop counterpart but it does a pretty good job.
In this video, 99jon Tech will show how you can use this tool to transform images, text, and shapes.
