I've got a few FPV Drones and a large collection of videos but the fun wears off after awhile so now do FPV Drone Racing, much more fun.

Your link to me appears to be about railroad. I do not see anything about drones other than they used a drone to make the video. What am I missing here?

I assume the Trinity Rail videos were done by professionals. That would explain the lack of any police (local or railway) and closeups. Railroads are all on private (corporate) property, even those spurs behind gates at some industries. Keeping safe distances between the 'drone' and their equipment and you'll probably be OK. But don't be surprised when a policemen shows up. Homeland Security folks are keenly aware of this kind of activity around our National Infrastructure.
