I have posted before how much I like Gigapixel and what an excellent job it does. My daughter is an art teacher. She is doing this really neat collaboration project with her pre-school and eighth grade students. She sent me a folder of minuscule phone pics that she asked me to print for her end of the year art show. I knew it was time to upgrade my version. I encountered some issues upgrading to my mac version 10.4.6. I contacted support and got an immediate response. After a few back and forth emails with Simmy Wilson from Topaz Support I am good to go. For a product to be successful it has to have a good support team. I couldn't be happier with the support I received today.
