I've had PSE14 for ages and now I suddenly get this error message preventing the application from opening: Adobe Application Manager, required to run your product, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager. However, when I go to that link I get a 404 message. I've searched for that program, but can't seem to track it down. Other context: -Running MacOS -I also have Adobe Creative Suite on my computer through a work license Any help would be appreciated!

Hmmm. Success and another issue.
As noted, I am typically logged into Adobe Creative Cloud using my work account. However, I purchased PSE14 myself and that is connected to my personal account. I have to log out of my work CC account and then log into my personal CC account to get PSE14 to work. Obviously not efficient. Is there a way to add PSE14 to my CC account with my work credentials?

I may be wrong (and, if I am, someone please correct me). I don't see how it can be done. Elements is not part of the CC subscription; it's only available with a perpetual license. I have PSE 14 and am also a CC subscriber. I don't log out of CC whenever I need to use PSE 14 (or any other version for that matter). This is a baffling situation! It may be a good idea to post on Adobe Community Support - Photoshop Elements. You could also reach out to Adobe via . . . Chat1. Go to Adobe Help Center. 2. Scroll down to Contact Us. 3. Click on Start Now. Phone1 (800) 833-6687
