Hey everyone! Is there a way to change the dark grey top task bar color so I can read what it says?

As far as I know, Elements 7 was the last version in which we could change the user interface and in this version it consisted of just a Brightness adjustment. However, you can still change the color of the workspace from the default gray to black or to a custom color.
EDIT: I am not sure this will help but you may want to check these suggestions by John R Ellis about making the interface easier to read.
