NOTE:
Content-Aware Fill was introduced in PSE 13.
Starting with PSE 11, Adobe introduced an updated Refine Edge (brought over from Photoshop).
Refine Edge in earlier versions will have a different interface, fewer choices of adjustments, fewer View Modes, and limited output (how your selection is sent back to the Editor).
