Vancouver photographer and educator, Sharon Tenenbaum, has a unique take on photography at times. She shares her techniques and her vision weekly with anyone who wants to attend her sessions. I especially like her architectural work: Architectural GalleryThere's no commitment when you sign up for one of her 'Talk and Learn' sessions--and they are totally free. You sign up and just attend. You can attend every week, or skip (if your calendar is busy one week). Her sessions are 11 a.m. Vancouver time, 1 p.m. Eastern Time. Her critique of attendee photos is insightful and that's how she starts each week.

Thanks for sharing, Vicki. Looking at the screens from her past sessions there are a few that would have interested me. I think the complimentary colors sounds interesting and you might possibly nudge me to give zoom a try. Have never attended a zoom meeting.

Thanks so much for sharing this with us, VickiD. I just finished watching her class. I especially liked the critique of the images that were submitted by the attendees at the beginning of the class. She pointed out the images that worked well and discussed what adjustments could be made to help those that had missed the mark. One important take-away for me was the importance of matching the saturation and vibrancy of the two colors you are working with. I am definitely interested in next week's class which will be on Black and White Photography. The emphasis will be on Form and Tonal Range.

For anyone interested next week's class will be on water reflections. Here is the link.....and looks like it will have a bit of symmetry included as well.
