Monday_04-July-2022Blue Dasher (Pachydiplax longipennis) ~ Dragonfly
I believe this to be a Male Juvenile = Green Male eyes and Striped Female Abdomen
Those barbs are about four inches apart. He would take off and then settle on the next barb; he did this for two or three spans between posts. He never skipped a barb.
You can learn all about them at Kiddaddle, Insect Identification, iNaturalist, Bug Guide, and Wikipedia.

I especially like the first and third pictures. Are the backgrounds natural? I'm thinking they are....but they look like the beautiful textures that people pay for.

Are the backgrounds natural? Yes; the backgrounds are natural.
It was a long way from the Dragonfly to anything at all behind it; plumb across the horse lot.
I guess if a person wanted to create such a background for other purposes, they could just focus on the wire and then raise the camera above it so the wire would not be in the blurred background.
