Image from Pixabay. Used a Dodge and Burnished texture from Photomorphis with a Hard Light blend mode. Applied a levels adjustment layer and created a stamped layer. Filter Gallery applied the Rough Pastel Filter and the Canvas Texture Filter.  |

I concur with Helen and Jacki.
I think it also has a bit of a Thomas Kinkade painting feel to it.

Helen, I REALLY love this! The combining of the images is seamless and totally undetectable. Beautiful job! Plus, the texture helps to create a great mood!
