Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. The rules are rather simple.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.

Taken at a near-by town earlier today. Adding some information on the Benjamin Moore Main Street Matters program. Sea Bright had been hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. It was one of 20 communities chosen across the United States and Canada.

Converting this one to B&W was a no brainer...it didn't have a lot of color in it, anyway. LOL This was shot during a photo walk in Philly.

It wouldn't let me edit and add a second angle for some reason so will try it here as a reply.

Inside a local sandwich shop. The staff was more than happy to allow me to photograph the mural, but nobody was able to come up with the artist's name. Thanks for the theme Sepiana!

Barn murals are quite popular here and here's one that was done in 1981 by a painting party. An artist drew the outline in chalk, divided it into 1 ft squares and it was then then painted by party-goers. Looks pretty good 41 years later. Second one is more recent and on a building that is now a fire station but started life manufacturing automobiles - the Maxmobile - the last was built in 1912 and is still around and it runs! between then and the fire station it became an armory - the middle mural. Those are great, Judy. I especially like the middle one.

Jim, this mural has a very intricate design. It looks like mosaic work. Beautiful!
