... than this.My BIL just adopted this cutey-pie - she's about 6 weeks old in this photo - I've forgotten what mixture she is - Guess she's a reader - why else would they have posed her with books? That bottom photo?? She looks like trouble - oh oh Here's the template I used to create this layout: +I flipped it to accommodate the landscape shaped photos Then I flipped it to put the photos on the opposite edges of the design +The background papers were created with brushes or blended with other papers +Those 'flowers' are what I call 'placeholders' - You are supposed to substitute your own embellishments to personalize the template and use the 'placeholder' as a visual as to where you should put the doodads. I find, instead of replacing them, I often use the placeholders and decorate them. +I prefer templates where I can use the items already provided on it, but those kinds of templates are not easily found Sorry, I can't credit anyone for anything on this project. It's from 10 year old files and, back then, I kept random things without their original folders

You are right Janice, she is a real wee cutie pie and looks like a bundle of fun. Nice Template and you have adapted it so well here to suit how you wanted to showcase your photos.

Ditto what Lillias said......I would just add that seeing the original and your adaptation is a great visual for me, and anyone else, who is open to experimenting with Digital Scrapbooking.

You have to look at templates as a starting point. Where you end up is all up to you.

Sweet Lucy, posed with books on magic, hope she’s a reader and not a shredder! Thanks for sharing your processes, I like how you adapt the layout to suit what you think looks best.

I downloaded one of the books to see what my SIL is reading. I doubt BIL is reading those books.
