You can be notified via email whenever there's a new post in a thread that you have previously participated in though.
Click on profile > edit profile > settings > forum notifications > participated, and they will email you this message: "The following threads you participated in on Photoshop Elements & More have been updated" whenever there is a new post in that thread.

Of course you can also just come to this forum at anytime and click on "new posts" (near the top left of the home page) even without logging in, to see a list of the newest posts.
