IOW selections for September 14 to October 2 submissions

IOW selections from our Individual User Galleries between September 14 and October 2.
Thanks to the many people who added photos to their individual galleries.
WOW IOW! There were 29 entries this go-round. Thanks everyone.
So naturally, judging was a tad difficult, but a pleasure to do. Unlike judging photo competitions, judging here involves a mix of "normal" photographs, obviously manipulated photos and images that are largely manufactured using PSE skills. My selections for this term include images covering all three "categories."
In reverse order of submission, my four selections are:
London at night by alexr
A well-photographed colorful night scene. Good balance of water, skyline and night sky. Great reflections and building lights.
Impressions of San Diego by kathylee
A well-composed "monochrome" photo with strong vertical lines and angled shadow lines. (It has an air of mystery ... perhaps Q speaking to M via encoded/scrambled cell phone.)
COLORFUL TREES by christell
Love the colors and abstract effects. It is an abstract "color wheel" with a nice blend of colors from ROY G. BIV. And on top of all of that it is a pleasing image. I'd hang that.
3D Footballer by Lillias
An interesting image created with strong imaging skills. It could be a promo image for some sort of "picture yourself" ad campaign.
