Seems like my my PSE13 has reset itself since I last opened it. Now the top of my window containing the menu bar is hidden under my Windows' taskbar. I can't move the PSE window or get at the commands. I know I sorted this problem easily in the past but I can't remember how. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Amazos Have you tried moving your Task Bar to the side or the bottom? Then you may have access to the top of the PSE window Alternatively, try this to move your PSE window back down to a better position - Alt-Tab or Click On the Window Press "Alt & Space" Press "M" Use your arrow keys to move the Window Press Enter to exit Do post back how you managed

I am not sure what happened but having the Windows taskbar located at the top edge of the screen should not have hidden the Organizer's Menu bar. Elements can accommodate such situation and the Organizer Menu bar should stay visible (as my screen shot shows).
I would suggest looking into the settings for the Windows taskbar. Right-click on the taskbar and select Properties. One setting which could be causing this problem is the "Auto-hide the taskbar".
If you want to change the location of the taskbar, here are the instructions.
windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/unlock-move-taskbar#1TC=windows-7

Thanks everyone! I didn't want to move my Taskbar - I like it at the top - so moving it wasn't an option. I did manage to sort out the problem by right-clicking on the thumbnail on the taskbar and selecting "move" then used the arrow keys to bring it down enough to expose the pse menu bar. Funny thing is, this problem didn't occur in edit mode, just in the organizer.

amazos,
Thanks for posting back! Glad you found a workaround.
I don't know the reason why this happens but the Organizer is the only one that has had problems with the Menu bar disappearing behind the Windows Taskbar. As far as I know, the Menu bar in the Editor has never been affected
