- Created the background with an image from Pixabay. - Applied the Neural filter (Harmonization). - Applied a Canvas texture by Jai Johnson (Autumn Morning, Soft Light blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Took the file into AKVIS Frames (Golden Autumn). - Applied the Texturizer filter (Sandstone).  |

I altered a background from StockSolo. The balloon was from StockSolo and the heart was from Pngtree. Used a watercolor mask from Etsy.  |
