Hi
I have been having great problems with my onone software 9.5 ... I have windows 7 running on parallels on an IMAC computer.
When I first loaded it sometime ago it was working fine with Lightroom/PSE 11. and I thought it was great. Then it started crashing/freezing and became totally unusable. I and my tech person could not find what the problem was. I have since removed it from Windows and have tried using it as a stand alone on the Imac . But it is still crashing freezing. I am annoyed as I had already purchased my copy before been given another copy when PSE stopped they magazine.
I am wondering if other people out there are running into the same issues ?

Hi bombola, Welcome to PSE&M! I can't really offer any direct help to your question as I don't use windows, but can say that PPS9.5 is working as it should on my mac. Have you tired contacting OnOne support? Hopefully they will be able to help you work out your problem. Helen

Hi bombola, welcome to PSE&M!
I haven't had any problems with this software (installed on two computers, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1). I use it with Photoshop CC, Lightroom, and Elements 13. Have you contacted onOne about this issue? If not, you may want to do so. They are known to offer a five-star Tech Support. (I speak from my own experience.)

EDIT: Oops! Sorry, Helen. I didn't see you had already posted the link to onOne.

I use onOne 9.5 on Windows 7 with LR and PSE13. I do have some issues with onOne crashing, but not so often that it is a problem.

I am wondering if other people out there are running into the same issues ? Hi bombola! Welcome to our Elements forum; I'm glad you were able to find us! I don't think I can be of much help, but I did have similar problems when I first got PE. I left a question about it on their website, and they suggested I confirm that my graphics driver was up-to-date. It was not, and after updating it I experienced MUCH greater stability. So, can recommend that you do the same, and if that doesn't work leave a message on their website; they were very responsive and seemed to be sincere in their desire to be helpful. I wish you luck, and hope to see you around!
