I saw this tut on Instagram today. While he did it using PS.....you would follow the same procedure for PE.
Please note....while you may be able to see the video the first time or two you look, when you look again it may require an Instagram Account.
Here are the basic steps.
1. Duplicate layer.
2. Invert that layer and change blend mode to vivid light
3. Add high pass sharpening radius around 22
4. Add Gaussian blur….radius around 2
5. Add a mask and invert
6. Paint with white on mask to remove blemishes.
