Hi, I hope this is the correct space to raise my problem.
I have two problems,
I ordered Elements 2023 on the Black Friday offer, unfortunately I gave the incorrect e-mail address. It was unusual in that I was not asked to duplicate the address to confirm. Instead of .co.za I made a typo and typed .c.za
I made the payment which was accepted and received the access key from the vendor, but then Adobe was not able to deliver to the incorrect address. They requested me to correct the error but I only got one option to correct the missing "o" and that was to replace .c.za with .com I could not get past this, no matter what I tried the only correction offered was .com
When I contact the vendor, I am confronted with a Bot and I just get sent round in circles. I have run up against a brick wall. I then went on the vendor's web site to customer support, I was given a ticket number, but after 4 days, have received no answer. Any ideas on how to sort it out would be appreciated.
To make matters worse, I have just replaced my computer. The contents of my old computer were loaded into my new computer, and I tool delivery this afternoon. When I tried to open my Elements 2018, I was informed I was on a Trial version. Can anyone tell me how to restore my Elements 2018 which was paid for and I have been using for the last 4 years.

As to the PSE 2023 problem, . . . how did you contact Adobe?
As to the PSE 2018 problem, . . . you need to enter the serial number you got when you purchased it. This will convert the trial version into the purchased version.

Hi Sepiana,
To be honest I am not sure, it was near midnight and I can't remember. PSE 2018 was, I think, an online download and I am not sure that I can find the serial number. My computer skills died with DOS!!!

Try reaching out to Adobe either via phone or via chat. Via Chat1. Go to Adobe Help Center. 2. Scroll down to Contact Us. 3. Click on Start Now. Via Phone1 (800) 833-6687 When you purchased PSE 2018 (online download), you probably got an e-mail with the serial number. Did you save that e-mail? Adobe may be able to help you with this problem as well.

Hi Sepiana,
Thanks again for your help. Like most geriatrics, I have a son who is very computer literate. He came home yesterday and has spent time on my computer this morning. He spent an hour on my new PC and sorted out my purchase of Elements 2023, which is now installed and verified. I am not sure whether there is any point in getting my 2018 reverified ?
